Cheesecakes with bananas
The perfect cheesecake for banana lovers. They are easy to prepare, very flavorful, fluffy and slightly moist inside because of the embedded banana pieces. Recipe from the magazine "Gastronom".
Constituents:
- cottage cheese – 500 gr.
- bananas – 2 pcs.
- flour – 100 gr. + for breading
- sugar – 100 gr.
- egg – 1 egg
- leavening agent – 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil for frying
Preparation of cheesecakes with bananas:
If the cottage cheese is grits, rub it through a sieve. Then mix the curd with egg, sugar, sifted flour and leavening agent.
Peel the bananas and cut into small cubes. Add the bananas to the curd mixture and mix thoroughly.
