Cheesecakes in the oven in the form of muffins (muffins)
The cheesecakes turn out very curd-like and tender. They are also healthier and less greasy than pan-fried cheesecakes. They take less time to make in the oven because you don't have to stand at the stove while they're cooking.
Constituents (for 12 pieces in a silicone muffin mold):
- cottage cheese - 500 gr.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- manna groats - 3 tbsp.
- vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.
- leavening agent - 1 tsp. without a slide (or baking soda with vinegar) .
- sugar – 3 tbsp.
- salt – 0,5 tsp.
- raisins – 0,5 tbsp.
Cooking:
Wash the raisins and pour boiling water over them to make them swell.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or twice through a meat grinder.
Add eggs, semolina, salt, vanilla sugar and leavening agent to cottage cheese. Mix all ingredients until homogeneous.
Strain the raisins and add them to the curd mixture.
Grease silicone molds with vegetable oil and pour the curd mixture into them, filling them halfway.
Send the molds to an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the cheesecakes until browned for 25-30 minutes. Check the readiness with a wooden skewer.
Bon appetit!
