Veal Oriental style
Tender meat marinated in a spicy marinade, baked in the oven, that melts in your mouth. What could be simpler and more delicious? I especially recommend it for lovers of oriental cuisine!
Composition:
- veal fillet – 1 kg
- grated fresh ginger root – 1,5 tbsp.
- crushed fennel seeds – 1 tsp.
- soy sauce – 3,5 tbsp.
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.
- ground cloves - a pinch
- hot red pepper or chili pepper – 1 piece .
- salt, ground black pepper - to taste
Cooking veal in oriental style:
Wash and dry the meat with paper towels.
Peel the seeds from the hot peppers and chop finely.
Mix the hot peppers, ginger, fennel seeds, black pepper, soy sauce and cloves in a bowl.

Place the meat in the resulting marinade.
Cover the bowl with food film and place in the refrigerator for 4–5 hours, turning the meat in it periodically.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Transfer the meat, without discussing, on the rack of a tray and grease with vegetable oil.
Bake for 30-45 minutes until fully cooked.
Then remove the meat from the oven, cover with foil and leave for another 15-20 minutes.
Before serving, slice the veal into thin slices.
