Baked pink salmon steak
The rule "The best fish is meat" doesn't always apply, especially when it comes to red fish.
Composition:
- Mackerel - steaks
- dill
- mayonnaise
- salt, pepper
- lemon
Cooking baked pink salmon steaks:
For cooking we bought frozen pink salmon, gutted without the head. The backbone was used for soup, and the rest for steaks.

Salt and pepper the steaks and leave them for half an hour. Before baking lightly smeared with mayonnaise and into the oven on medium heat. We baked them for 15 minutes, then sprinkled them with basil and dill and put them in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Before serving, we splashed the fish with lemon juice.
