Lithuanian hala

Tasty, very tender and quite easy to prepare yeast baked goods, moderately sweet and very soft. The recipe for hala was shared on Olga Pekarko's page, and Olga knows a lot about buns. With a piece of butter, jam or just with tea, it's delicious!

Cake with egg yolks

The cupcake turns out moderately sweet and crumbly. I leave it in a tightly sealed container overnight, and in the morning it turns into a delicate, melt-in-your-mouth dessert. I add homemade candied oranges and their syrup to the dough, but you can add chocolate in drops, berries, dried fruits, zest, and in general, anything you like. Enjoy experimenting!"

Turkish bagel simit

«To the Turks, simit – what baguette is to the French. It's not just a bread. It's a way of life. They start their mornings with simit, they eat simit at noon and get a good energy boost... Crunchy sesame, slightly sweet browned crust, incredibly tender «creamy» crumb – for the sake of simit, it is worth it to mess with the dough! Especially since the process is not very long and complicated.

Very tasty cheesecakes

I'm a big fan of cheesecakes, so I'm constantly trying different recipes for them, and I share successful finds on the site. I have banana cheesecakes, pumpkin, and fried and baked. But for the past six months, I've completely stopped experimenting and cook always according to one recipe that a girl restaurateur I know shared with me. Cheesecakes turn out very tender, cottage cheese, lush and beautiful. And they are ready in one or two!

Milk porridge with rice and pumpkin

This delicious and simple breakfast is not difficult to prepare, it would seem. But if moms are used to cooking it «by eye» say, half a cup there, half a cup there, my first «pancake» was a failure, I did not calculate the amount of cereals, then I had to add a lot of milk in the process, and the result was not what I expected. So, the second time I carefully weighed all the ingredients to keep the proportion, and it turned out perfectly – moderately thick, moderately sweet, delicious porridge.

Curd casserole with oatmeal and apple (diet version)

I have a lot of casserole recipes on my site and I make a few of them very often, for example, tender casserole is adored by the whole family. In this recipe, I used only the foods allowed in diet #5. As a result, it turned out to be quite tasty and diet-friendly casserole. That's why I am sharing this recipe on the blog, because even if you don't need to follow a medical diet, you can always make a healthier and dietary version of the dish.

Cinnabon cinnamon buns with creamy frosting.

This is a very tasty yeast bake. Even those who don't like cinnamon will appreciate it in cinnabons. Fragrant, tender and sweet in the fall and winter season, it is perfect with a cup of tea or coffee. And the aroma while baking will envelop your home and make you make these scones again and again). Granola

You can change the composition of granola to suit you, I've added the goodies I love and the goodies I want to use but don't eat pure, like flax and pumpkin seeds. I use it very simply: pour it in yogurt or ryazhenka – and breakfast is ready! But you can also add it to cottage cheese, or sprinkle it on top of a pie, or even make a salad.

Jamie Oliver's quick brownies

Famous pastry chefs are very dismissive of Jamie Oliver's desserts. They say they're plain and the presentation is poor. I can agree that his desserts are simple, but that's a plus, because there are many times when you want to treat your family to a tasty dessert for tea, but don't want to bother with the long recipes of French chefs. And it's worth remembering that Jamie is a chef first and foremost, so you shouldn't expect complicated sweets from him. The site already has a recipe for his brawny, and it's an undisputed favorite with readers. This same recipe is easier and faster, so I suggest you try that one too.

Cookies "Brilliant" with cocoa.

The recipe for this cookie is published in the book by the famous French pastry chef Pierre Hermé «LaRousse. Chocolate ». The name of the cookie is easy to explain – before baking the dough is dipped in sugar, and after baking the sugar crystals shine like precious pebbles. I tested – in the sun the cookies really shine. It is very easy to prepare, and with a child together – it is also fun!
