Cake with egg yolks

The cupcake turns out moderately sweet and crumbly. I leave it in a tightly sealed container overnight, and in the morning it turns into a delicate, melt-in-your-mouth dessert. I add homemade candied oranges and their syrup to the dough, but you can add chocolate in drops, berries, dried fruits, zest, and in general, anything you like. Enjoy experimenting!"

Milk porridge with rice and pumpkin

This delicious and simple breakfast is not difficult to prepare, it would seem. But if moms are used to cooking it «by eye» say, half a cup there, half a cup there, my first «pancake» was a failure, I did not calculate the amount of cereals, then I had to add a lot of milk in the process, and the result was not what I expected. Granola

You can change the composition of granola to suit you, I've added the goodies I love and the goodies I want to use but don't eat pure, like flax and pumpkin seeds. I use it very simply: pour it in yogurt or ryazhenka – and breakfast is ready! But you can also add it to cottage cheese, or sprinkle it on top of a pie, or even make a salad.
