Potatoes

Rassolnik

At night I soaked the chickpeas, in the morning I put everything on the fire and for lunch we had a wonderful, rich and full-bodied soup. I think I'll make it every now and then, especially since my daughter likes it too.

Potato salad with olives and feta

I've never made potato salads before, I kept thinking potatoes were better served warm as a side dish. But recently I baked pork knuckle, which in itself is quite hearty and nutritious, and I didn't want to serve it with traditional "mashed potatoes" so I thought about potato salad. In winter, the choice of vegetables, which are always available, is small, so I limited myself to feta cheese and olives, and dressed the salad with pesto sauce. It turned out great!

Solyanka with sausage and potatoes

Actually, meat hodgepodge is prepared a little differently, but this recipe I prepared especially for "post-New Year" period. After the holiday in the refrigerator remains a lot of sausage and other smoked leftovers, and the soul asks for liquid and warm. At this point, this recipe will come to the rescue - you do not need to fiddle with it for a long time, and the hodgepodge turns out fragrant and very tasty. And if you need to sober up a party, you can add chili peppers to the hodgepodge.

Baked potatoes with bryndza

I really liked the barbecued potatoes sprinkled with bryndza that I tried in Transcarpathia. Back home, I reproduced the recipe and was very pleased with the result - soft inside and crispy outside potatoes, spicy bryndza and spicy onions..... In general, despite the fact that this is quite a peasant dish - potatoes and cheese - I would not be ashamed to put it on a festive table.

Veal baked with vegetables in a sleeve

It all started with tender veal that my husband had brought from the market, which he couldn't get his hand to twist into the planned mince. The veal was garnished with my favorite vegetables. Since there was no time to spare, the whole thing went into the oven and in an hour the family enjoyed a sumptuous dinner. Thanks to Seville for the idea of how to save selected veal from the meat grinder!

Beef and potatoes in the multicooker

This recipe is a godsend for housewives who don't have time to stand at the stove for a long time, but want to feed their family something tasty. A minimum of manipulation with meat, and as a result, the flavorful and tender boujenina is ready. I cook the potatoes in the juice that is released after baking, so that both the side dish and the meat are ready at once.
