Honey

David Bonet's Mexique chocolate cupcake.

The recipe for this wonderful cupcake by David Bonet was shared by Nina Tarasova on her blog. This is a very tasty and delicate cupcake, the impregnation makes it melt in your mouth and the ganache on top adds creaminess and tenderness. The cupcake gets its name from the type of chocolate in the Cacao Barry's range, but you can use any chocolate available. The flavor will be different, but it will still be delicious.

Granola

You can change the composition of granola to suit you, I've added the goodies I love and the goodies I want to use but don't eat pure, like flax and pumpkin seeds. I use it very simply: pour it in yogurt or ryazhenka – and breakfast is ready! But you can also add it to cottage cheese, or sprinkle it on top of a pie, or even make a salad.

Pierre Hermé's chocolate marshmallows.

Another experiment with marshmallows. We liked the first ones fruit puree very much, now I tried the chocolate ones. I made them for cake decorations and for treats for the kids, but it turns out they are delicious with coffee. You just have to throw a few pieces into hot coffee and wait for the marshmallow to melt, forming a delicious chocolate foam on top. All in all, tasty little things that can be eaten in many different ways. They're delicious.

Rice flour waffles with strawberries and honey

I love experimenting with simple and quick breakfasts, but it's not every day that I get inspiration for variations that I want to share, today's morning is an exception because it turned out delicious and strawberry season is just around the corner. So I've been experimenting with simple and quick breakfasts for a while now.

French Madeleine cookies.

Madeleine is a French cookie cookie of small size, usually in the shape of scallops. It is an enduring success in France and Europe in general. Madeleines owe their worldwide fame to Marcel Proust's novel «In Search of Lost Time» where, in one of the most famous scenes in world literature, the protagonist dips a cookie in tea and is transported for hundreds of pages to a childhood with which he is forever associated.

Sauces

Merlot sauce

This classic French sauce is based on the red wine "Merlot" from which it takes its name. It goes well with meat dishes, fish, poultry, etc. Sauce.

Salad with caramelized pears, gorgonzola and pistachios

Very tasty and light salad, though made of unusual and not combined at first glance products. It is prepared simply, but it is worthy to become a decoration of the festive table. The dressing turns out sweet and spicy and perfectly complements the flavor of the dish. The only remark - I used dried cranberries, but I think that fresh cranberries (or pomegranate grains) will decorate the taste of the salad much more. Thanks to Natasha for the recipe!
