Zucchini fritters
Tasty, juicy and flavorful fritters that are very easy to prepare.
Constituents:
- zucchini – 1 piece (about 400 g) .
- flour – 5 tbsp (or a little more)
- dill greens – 1 small bundle
- cucumber - a couple of cloves
- vegetable oil for frying
Cooking:
Grate the zucchini on a fine grater.If the zucchini has hard skin and large seeds, remove them beforehand. If the zucchini is very juicy, drain the juice.
Add chopped dill greens, minced garlic, salt, pepper and flour to the grated zucchini and mix well. If the dough is very runny, add more flour – the dough should be like thick sour cream.
Spoon the batter into a pan with vegetable oil.
Fry the fritters on both sides until browned.
May be served with sour cream.
