Green onion fritters
Simple to make but very flavorful and juicy fritters. There is no bitterness of onion at all. Good as a side dish.
Constituents:
- green onions – 200 gr.
- salt - 0.5 tsp.
- egg - 1 piece
- sour cream – 2 tbsp.
- flour – 3 tbsp.
- baking soda – ¼ tsp.
Cooking:
Wash the green onions, chop them finely and mash them with salt until they get juicy.
Cook.
To the onions, add raw egg, sour cream, flour and baking soda. Mix everything well until homogeneous.
All the ingredients are mixed well.
Spoon the batter into a pan with vegetable oil in the shape of fritters.
Fry the fritters on both sides until browned.
Serve hot.
If desired, you can add various fillings – cheese, boiled eggs, fried mushrooms, etc.
to the batter.
