Grilled chicken wings
Grilled wings are flavorful, juicy and crispy. This is the perfect appetizer for beer, which is quick and easy to prepare.
Compost:
- chicken wings - 700 gr.
- spices and salt to taste
- olive or sunflower oil
Cooking:
Wash and dry the chicken wings. In a bowl, mix the wings with oil, salt and grilled chicken seasoning (ground black and red pepper, basil, oregano, juniper, etc.) and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Once done, place the wings on a rack and bake under a grill preheated at 200 degrees. Place a baking tray under the grill rack to collect any juices released. Bake the wings until browned - 25-35 minutes, turning them over in the middle of the process with the other side facing the grill.
