Manty
Manty is a traditional steamed meat dish of the peoples of Asia. The filling for manty is finely chopped meat in thinly rolled dough. Juicy, tasty and healthy!
Composition:
batter:
- flour - 400 gr.
- water - 1 tbsp.
- egg - 1 pcs.
- salt - a pinch
stuffing:
- meat - 500 gr.
- onion - 2 pcs.
- butter - 100-150 gr.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking manty:
To prepare the dough, rub sifted flour with egg.
Add the salt, pour in the water and knead into a soft, elastic dough, adding more flour or water if necessary.
Roll the dough into a ball, cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the filling. Finely chop the meat and add the finely chopped onion.
Add the meat to the dough.
Salt and pepper the onions.
Roll out the dough and cut into squares. In the center of each square, put a spoonful of filling and a piece of butter (it will make the filling juicy) and mold it.
