Pork ribs in ajika with potatoes
Minimal effort and you will have a delicious and hearty dinner ready. The meat is juicy, slightly spicy and the potatoes are flavorful and tender. The dish can be prepared faster if the pork ribs are marinated in advance.
Composition:
- pork ribs - 700 gr.
- adzhika - 3-4 tbsp.
- potatoes - 5-6 pcs.
- vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking:
Cut the pork ribs into portions, salt, pepper, add the ajika and mix. Leave the ribs to marinate for 1-2 hours at room temperature or longer in the refrigerator.
