Very tasty cheesecakes

I'm a big fan of cheesecakes, so I'm constantly trying different recipes for them, and I share successful finds on the site. I have banana cheesecakes, pumpkin, and fried and baked. But for the past six months, I've completely stopped experimenting and cook always according to one recipe that a girl restaurateur I know shared with me. Cheesecakes turn out very tender, cottage cheese, lush and beautiful. And they are ready in one or two!

Lazy dumplings for kids

Ordinary lazy dumplings are not too eager to eat, but if you make them in the form of stars, hearts, crescents, then the interest of the child appears. Cheesecakes

I have a great love for cottage cheese pastries, and I have a special love for cheesecakes. But out of all the many, I love my mom's cheesecakes the most - they are very cottage cheesey, there is no feeling of "clogged" or "rubbery". And now my mom and I managed to translate the recipe "by eye" into grams. I was very satisfied with the result - these are the same tender, cottage cheese, delicious cheesecakes as in my childhood.

Homemade cottage cheese

If your milk has accidentally gone sour, don't feel bad. You can use it to make a whole host of dishes, including homemade cottage cheese. It's much better than cottage cheese from the store, because you can make it as moist or dry, fatty or skimmed, etc. as you like. After trying homemade cottage cheese, I now make a special milk fermentation to make it, because it's easy.
