Hot chocolate churros

This is a street, fair food, very popular in Spain and France. There is no right recipe for churros, every hostess has her own recipe. In the original churros are made of flour, water and salt, fried in oil, then everyone has their own personal secret. I took Maria Selyanina's recipe and it was delicious.

Pierre Hermé's chocolate marshmallows.

Another experiment with marshmallows. We liked the first ones fruit puree very much, now I tried the chocolate ones. I made them for cake decorations and for treats for the kids, but it turns out they are delicious with coffee. You just have to throw a few pieces into hot coffee and wait for the marshmallow to melt, forming a delicious chocolate foam on top. All in all, tasty little things that can be eaten in many different ways. They're delicious.

Vanilla panna cotta with strawberries and basil

Cream and strawberries are timeless classics, and basil and strawberries are already becoming recognized classics as well. I combined these three ingredients into one dish and the boring creamy panna cotta took on a new flavor. It's very easy and quick to make, and it's perfect for both home treats and guests.

Chocolate panna cotta with cherry sauce

The combination of cherries and chocolate is probably one of the most widespread: this is "Black Forest&quot cake, and a lot of other, no less tasty cakes and pastries. In this seemingly simple dessert, cherries get along well with chocolate, their sourness creating a balance of flavor and turning an ordinary panna cotta into a very tasty treat.

Rice flour waffles with strawberries and honey

I love experimenting with simple and quick breakfasts, but it's not every day that I get inspiration for variations that I want to share, today's morning is an exception because it turned out delicious and strawberry season is just around the corner. So I've been experimenting with simple and quick breakfasts for a while now.

Sesame ice cream

In the past, my favorite homemade ice cream was creamy plombier. This season, I'm looking for variety. The recipe is very easy, it's even easier to prepare. It's also a wonderful "base" for your imagination. You add your favorite treats as additives: different nuts, berries, raisins, chocolate... and every time you get a new taste. and each time you get a new flavor. In this post, I will describe making sesame ice cream. I would have never even guessed that ice cream could be sesame ice cream. It's a very unexpected decision and a flavor full of new sensations. I loved it, try it!"

Milk kisel

I pay a lot of attention to baby food - trying to make sure my child eats a varied, tasty and as healthy as possible. I think I have the most picky child who doesn't want to drink milk at all. I got out of it by making a milk kissel. Sweet, tasty and tender dessert, which came to our liking, only in the "adult" version I sprinkle it with grated chocolate. I hope your baby will like it too.
