Potato salad with olives and feta

I've never made potato salads before, I kept thinking potatoes were better served warm as a side dish. But recently I baked pork knuckle, which in itself is quite hearty and nutritious, and I didn't want to serve it with traditional "mashed potatoes" so I thought about potato salad. In winter, the choice of vegetables, which are always available, is small, so I limited myself to feta cheese and olives, and dressed the salad with pesto sauce. It turned out great!

Pizza with pumpkin, goat cheese and ham

I never stop discovering new facets of such a wonderful vegetable as pumpkin. This time I made pizza according to the recipe from the magazine "Gastronom" - I could not pass by the combination of my favorite dish and favorite vegetable, a little modified the recipe to suit myself and it turned out very tasty. My husband and sister, who are not at all delighted with pumpkin, swallowed the pizza in seconds. Well and as always with pizza - everything can be replaced, added and combined depending on your mood. Just please leave the pumpkin out of the dish - it's absolutely delicious.

Salad with topinambour and celery

My regular readers have probably noticed by now that I love to bake - the number of baking recipes on the blog is off the charts. Unfortunately, after having a baby, I can't just bake cakes and pies - they all somehow quickly show up in centimeters on my waist. To keep slim, I took up sports, and at the same time decided to change my diet - to eat more light and low-calorie dishes. This salad belongs to such recipes. Surprisingly, with all its usefulness and ease, it is also very tasty. I recommend it for lovers of unloading days!

Sandwich with poached egg and liver

This sandwich was made on the fly from whatever was on hand at the time, but it turned out delicious and my husband and I loved it. The ingredients can be changed to your taste - liver can be replaced with a piece of cooked beef, pickled cucumber - with fresh cucumber, or a circle of tomato, etc. The specialty of the sandwich is the poached egg - it transforms an ordinary sandwich into a beautiful and tasty dish.

Salad with pumpkin, feta and jamon

I love tomato and cucumber salad in the summer, but in the winter it's impossible to make it with plastic vegetables. But in the winter, pumpkin - a charming redheaded beauty that can be used to make both lunch and dessert - takes the stage. In salads pumpkin is wonderful and completely unrecognizable - when marinating it is filled with the aroma of garlic and piquancy of vinegar and successfully copes with the main role in the salad. In company with feta, ham, arugula and olives, pumpkin creates a very tasty and flavorful salad, which is eaten even by ardent non-pumpkin lovers.

Beet salad with goat cheese and basil dressing

Very tasty, but based on the ingredients it's a bit of a winter salad - in winter you usually have all the ingredients. I was going to dress the salad with pesto, but there was only purple basil at home, and I found a bunch of arugula, so I changed my plans. I recommend you to make the dressing with green basil, it looks more aesthetically pleasing. If you don't eat goat cheese, use feta or feta cheese.

Salad with caramelized pears, gorgonzola and pistachios

Very tasty and light salad, though made of unusual and not combined at first glance products. It is prepared simply, but it is worthy to become a decoration of the festive table. The dressing turns out sweet and spicy and perfectly complements the flavor of the dish. The only remark - I used dried cranberries, but I think that fresh cranberries (or pomegranate grains) will decorate the taste of the salad much more. Thanks to Natasha for the recipe!

Salad with spicy pumpkin, baliko and cherry tomatoes

Baked spiced pumpkin, which I used in salad on Elena's advice, is a very grateful ingredient that allows for endless flavor experimentation. I wanted to add breadcrumbs and cheesecake to the pumpkin, tomatoes for juiciness and garnish with parmesan. It turned out to be a very tasty holiday winter salad. And none of the guests will guess that the main ingredient is pumpkin.

Shrimp and avocado salad with arugula

If you want to surprise your family and guests with a restaurant-quality dish and not spend too much time on it, this salad is for you. Flavorful dressing, shrimp, slightly spicy arugula, and ripe avocado are all you need, but the result is sure to please. It's hearty enough to replace a light dinner.
