Granola

You can change the composition of granola to suit you, I've added the goodies I love and the goodies I want to use but don't eat pure, like flax and pumpkin seeds. I use it very simply: pour it in yogurt or ryazhenka – and breakfast is ready! But you can also add it to cottage cheese, or sprinkle it on top of a pie, or even make a salad.

Cookie-cake with condensed milk and nuts

"If there's condensed milk in it, it can't be unpalatable!", I decided when my friend Sevilla told me a recipe for cookies she makes for her family. The technology is simple - circles are cut out of ordinary biscuits with a mold, then they are smeared with condensed milk cream and sprinkled with biscuit crumbs. Seville glues two such circles together and it turns out to be a bashenka cake, but she just covered the cookies with cream, and added finely chopped nuts to the cookie crumbs - they decorated the taste of the cookies very much. Not a hassle, but very tasty! Men will appreciate it, believe me!

Pumpkin muffins by Jamie Oliver

The coming of very - no reason to fall into autumn depression, because soon it will be winter, New Year's holidays.... And autumn is also the time of a truly magical vegetable - pumpkin - bright, juicy, very healthy and delicious. So chase away the moping and go to the kitchen to prepare wonderful muffins, even if you are not very fond of pumpkin - it is not felt in the muffins at all. And be sure to drizzle the muffins with citrus frosting, as it really enhances their appearance and flavor.

Sandy cookies with nut filling

The Polish recipe book calls these cookies "nut horns" apparently because of the shape they are shaped into. But to me, the cookies look a bit like sausage rolls - whipped proteins with nuts instead of cottage cheese are placed on a base of sand dough. The cookies turn out very tasty - your hand is just reaching for the plate. I had more meringue than I needed for the cookies, so I just baked the rest in the oven, which was also very tasty.

Hazelnut mazurek

Mazurek is a cake in Polish cuisine, the base of which is made of sand or yeast dough, and the filling can be fruit, berries and more (or in other words tart). The recipe is from a Polish cookbook I've already mentioned here. I think this mazurek is more suitable for winter - the filling in it is quite fatty, sweet and hearty, and the dough is thin and crispy. I recommend reducing the amount of sugar in the filling for lovers of not very sweet pastries, but overall the pie is very tasty and interesting.
