Curd casserole with oatmeal and apple (diet version)

I have a lot of casserole recipes on my site and I make a few of them very often, for example, tender casserole is adored by the whole family. In this recipe, I used only the foods allowed in diet #5. As a result, it turned out to be quite tasty and diet-friendly casserole. That's why I am sharing this recipe on the blog, because even if you don't need to follow a medical diet, you can always make a healthier and dietary version of the dish.

Apple jam with ginger and a hint of orange

Not long ago I was making apple jam with white pours. A bit of experimentation and I was pleased with the result. At first I just cooked apple jam, but it seemed too plain to me. Then I added grated ginger, and a very interesting note appeared. But that wasn't enough for me, so I added orange zest. Yes, I was happy with the final result :)

Salad with topinambour and celery

My regular readers have probably noticed by now that I love to bake - the number of baking recipes on the blog is off the charts. Unfortunately, after having a baby, I can't just bake cakes and pies - they all somehow quickly show up in centimeters on my waist. To keep slim, I took up sports, and at the same time decided to change my diet - to eat more light and low-calorie dishes. This salad belongs to such recipes. Surprisingly, with all its usefulness and ease, it is also very tasty. I recommend it for lovers of unloading days!

Homemade marshmallows

It turns out that it's very easy to make marshmallows on your own, and their flavor can't be compared to store-bought ones - airy, delicate, like a cloud that melts in your mouth. Only for it you need to take very tasty apples, unsuccessful copies better put aside for sharlotka. To prepare marshmallows you will also need agar-agar, it is not a problem to find it in specialized confectionery stores.

Charlotte with apples and cranberries

I don't know about you, but for me, charlotte is totally a fall dish. In the summer, the abundance of berries allows us the luxury of making a lot of tarts and pies with fresh berries, but with the arrival of cold weather, the only thing left in the hostess arsenal is fresh apples. I have already baked Charlotte with apples and with pears, and this time I decided to diversify it and add berries, or rather the only still available flavorful berries - cranberries. I was very pleased with the result - a juicy and flavorful pie that is so easy to prepare that you can bake it even every day.

Jamie Oliver's retro pork chops with apples and sage

I've written before that I don't like meat + fruit combinations, at least not something as trivial as chicken and pineapple. However, after cooking beef with plums I fell in love with the combination of meat and fruit, and this dish won not only me, but my husband as well. I think apples and pork are just made for each other! Juicy, appetizing meat and tender apples - dinner will be very tasty, I guarantee! It's easy to make and takes about 30 minutes to prepare.

Fruit salad

Fruit salad is a simple and quick dessert made from a mixture of different fresh fruits cut into small pieces. In the winter version you can use apple, tangerines or oranges, bananas, kiwi, and in the summer version you can use pears, strawberries, grapes, etc. Salad is traditionally not dressed, but you can use yogurt or whipped cream.

Meringue roll with apples and cherries

This roll is incredibly easy to make and tastes like something weightless and cloudy, making it perfect for those with a sweet tooth who are concerned about their figure. The meringue, or meringue made of whipped proteins, is baked on top, but inside it remains slightly moist and reminiscent of a marshmallow, and the apple filling with cherry flecks is a delicious addition.
