Pickled pig ears

A while ago, I wasn't a huge fan of offal - lungs, tails, ears and the like were off my food chain. But a passion for cooking and an interest in new flavors gradually pushed my usual boundaries. And I'll tell you frankly, pigs' ears in a spicy marinade - it's very tasty. At the same time and the cost of the dish is pennies, and it is prepared very simply. If you're ready to try it, here's the recipe.

Rassolnik

At night I soaked the chickpeas, in the morning I put everything on the fire and for lunch we had a wonderful, rich and full-bodied soup. I think I'll make it every now and then, especially since my daughter likes it too.

Brioche in batter

For sure, you can't surprise anyone by eating beef - it's simple and delicious. Most hostesses have their favorite and time-tested recipes. But there's no limit to perfection! I recently tried baking boujenina in dough and my delight was unparalleled: the infinitely tender and flavorful meat is nothing compared to traditionally baked in a sleeve or foil. When hot, the meat is very tender and literally melts in your mouth, but when it cools down, it thickens and becomes more like traditional boujenina, although it still remains super tender and juicy. This is definitely my favorite of all the boujenine recipes to date.

Pork ribs in ginger marinade.

Pork ribs are hardly the easiest dish to serve at a party or a family dinner. They're prepared simply by soaking them in marinade beforehand and then popping them in the oven before serving. At the same time, the meat is always juicy - it does not let the contained fat dry out. The ginger marinade works well with fatty pork meat - you can also marinate barbecue ribs in it, and if you can't bake them outdoors, the oven is a good alternative.

Belyashi

When I worked at a news agency, we used to capitalize the headlines of the most important news stories - a large font immediately catches the eye and attracts attention. If this rule is transferred to cooking, then the title of this recipe should be written BELIASHI (BELIACHI), because it's really delicious and would easily make a top recipe. Everyone who has tried these belyashi, in one voice says that they are much tastier than pirozhki, which are sold in the market. The dough in them is very tender, porous, airy, perfectly fried and turns out just magical. And the meat filling is juicy and also very tasty.

Jamie Oliver's retro pork chops with apples and sage

I've written before that I don't like meat + fruit combinations, at least not something as trivial as chicken and pineapple. However, after cooking beef with plums I fell in love with the combination of meat and fruit, and this dish won not only me, but my husband as well. I think apples and pork are just made for each other! Juicy, appetizing meat and tender apples - dinner will be very tasty, I guarantee! It's easy to make and takes about 30 minutes to prepare.

Warm pork salad with fried cucumber

Many people who hear the phrase "fried cucumber" are stunned and bewildered. But try fried cucumber yourself - it's delicious and not even very exotic, although it is often used in oriental cuisine, such as Chinese. This salad is simple, cooks quickly, turns out quite hearty and can quite satisfy hunger at lunch. I think you can successfully replace the pork with chicken, you will get a lighter version of the salad. Recipe from the master class of the culinary studio "Everybody cooks! ".
