A very tasty meatloaf that will please even the most demanding eaters. The filling is made of "pesto" based on cashews and basil, the meat is marinated in mustard and aromatic herbs. Preparing the meat and stuffing takes some time, but then you can enjoy the delicious meat dish with pleasure. The recipe is from the master class of Kiev culinary school "Everybody cooks!".

Homemade mayonnaise

Mayonnaise is hardly the most popular cold sauce in the world. It is used to dress salads and all sorts of dishes. There is nothing complicated in making homemade mayonnaise, but for some reason many housewives prefer to use mayonnaise of industrial production. The advantage of the latter is its long shelf life, but homemade mayonnaise is definitely healthier because it does not contain harmful preservatives and other additives.

Salad with caramelized pears, gorgonzola and pistachios

Very tasty and light salad, though made of unusual and not combined at first glance products. It is prepared simply, but it is worthy to become a decoration of the festive table. The dressing turns out sweet and spicy and perfectly complements the flavor of the dish. The only remark - I used dried cranberries, but I think that fresh cranberries (or pomegranate grains) will decorate the taste of the salad much more. Thanks to Natasha for the recipe!

Sauerkraut (pickled) tomatoes with mustard

A very simple and not troublesome, but successful recipe for souring tomatoes. I learned it from my husband's mom, and now we always use this recipe to pickle tomatoes for the winter. Sour tomatoes are perfect as an appetizer, or simply with mashed potatoes - delicious.
