Brioche in batter

For sure, you can't surprise anyone by eating beef - it's simple and delicious. Most hostesses have their favorite and time-tested recipes. But there's no limit to perfection! I recently tried baking boujenina in dough and my delight was unparalleled: the infinitely tender and flavorful meat is nothing compared to traditionally baked in a sleeve or foil. When hot, the meat is very tender and literally melts in your mouth, but when it cools down, it thickens and becomes more like traditional boujenina, although it still remains super tender and juicy. This is definitely my favorite of all the boujenine recipes to date.

Pork ribs in ginger marinade.

Pork ribs are hardly the easiest dish to serve at a party or a family dinner. They're prepared simply by soaking them in marinade beforehand and then popping them in the oven before serving. At the same time, the meat is always juicy - it does not let the contained fat dry out. The ginger marinade works well with fatty pork meat - you can also marinate barbecue ribs in it, and if you can't bake them outdoors, the oven is a good alternative.

Jamie Oliver's retro pork chops with apples and sage

I've written before that I don't like meat + fruit combinations, at least not something as trivial as chicken and pineapple. However, after cooking beef with plums I fell in love with the combination of meat and fruit, and this dish won not only me, but my husband as well. I think apples and pork are just made for each other! Juicy, appetizing meat and tender apples - dinner will be very tasty, I guarantee! It's easy to make and takes about 30 minutes to prepare.

Pork loin roll with nuts and aromatic herbs

A very tasty meatloaf that will please even the most demanding eaters. The filling is made of "pesto" based on cashews and basil, the meat is marinated in mustard and aromatic herbs. Preparing the meat and stuffing takes some time, but then you can enjoy the delicious meat dish with pleasure. The recipe is from the master class of Kiev culinary school "Everybody cooks!".

Zurich-style beef with white sauce

Juicy meat and vegetables in a creamy sauce that everyone will love. Easy to prepare and easy on the stomach, this dish goes well with a neutral side dish such as boiled rice or pasta. The dish is quick to prepare, so it will suit even very busy people who nevertheless want to eat healthy and wholesome food. The original recipe uses beef, but pork or even chicken would be just as tasty.

Braised oxtail

I have come across various recipes for oxtails many times in Jamie Oliver's books, Italian food compilations, etc. A "hobby colleague" Sevilla told me that it is a very tasty part of a beef carcass. I took a chance and. it turned out juicy, tasty and flavorful. After a long stewing, the meat itself falls off the bones and just melts in your mouth. I advise you to try this dish.

Veal baked with vegetables in a sleeve

It all started with tender veal that my husband had brought from the market, which he couldn't get his hand to twist into the planned mince. The veal was garnished with my favorite vegetables. Since there was no time to spare, the whole thing went into the oven and in an hour the family enjoyed a sumptuous dinner. Thanks to Seville for the idea of how to save selected veal from the meat grinder!

Pork kebab in cognac and soy sauce

Delicious, flavorful and interesting kebab. Nothing complicated, the simplest preparation steps, a few hours in the marinade and a few minutes on the coals and appetizing pieces of meat with the smell of the fire will be eaten in the fresh air in a matter of seconds!

Beef and potatoes in the multicooker

This recipe is a godsend for housewives who don't have time to stand at the stove for a long time, but want to feed their family something tasty. A minimum of manipulation with meat, and as a result, the flavorful and tender boujenina is ready. I cook the potatoes in the juice that is released after baking, so that both the side dish and the meat are ready at once.
