Heat, heat, heat... You don't want to eat much, especially not something heavy. In such days we are well saved and satiated by lungs, and of course - cool dishes. Here okroshka is familiar to me since childhood, I make it and love it. And beet soup I have never tried, and here I got to its preparation. It turned out very tasty, dietary and not hungry! :)

Manna in a slow cooker

Mannik turns out very tender, coarsely spongy, with perceptible loose grains, but no semolina flavor at all. This uncomplicated and uncomplicated cake is perfect for a family tea party. Mannik is prepared without flour and butter, which reduces its calorie content. The recipe was suggested to me by my friend Nastya, for which I thank her very much!

Homemade cottage cheese

If your milk has accidentally gone sour, don't feel bad. You can use it to make a whole host of dishes, including homemade cottage cheese. It's much better than cottage cheese from the store, because you can make it as moist or dry, fatty or skimmed, etc. as you like. After trying homemade cottage cheese, I now make a special milk fermentation to make it, because it's easy.
